Stormy Blue - Solid Thermal Dip Powder

Stormy Blue is a cool, misty thermal dip powder inspired by the shifting shades of a cloudy morning sky. When warm it softens to a very pale icy blush with a whisper of blue, and when cold it transforms into a muted stormy blue with soft teal and blue gray undertones. The contrast between its delicate warm shade and deeper cool blue makes the transition especially noticeable.
